has gotten much worse since I canceled my plans. Now it says they’re expecting 6 to 12”, low visibility, hazardous travel, and strong winds.
The worse the weather in Detroit, the better I feel about having a boring New Years Eve.

That's a snowstorm to me
After being sick with a head cold for a week, followed by a boring xmas, followed by being sick for another week with a chest cold, I swore I’d find something really awesome to do for New Year’s Eve.
Pickins are slim here, so I had a secret plot to go to Detroit for a guaranteed good night out, but I just checked the weather report and they’re expecting 4 to 8” of snow....
Who knew?
Just dyed my roots to usher in the New Year with uniform colored hair and was pleasantly surprised to find out that if I take a straightening iron to my bangs, which I hate and have been pinning back for months, I actually have good hair again.
from travors: Went ice skating today, my knees now feel like I’ve been bashing them with a hammer for 4 hours.
I started skating on a whim but I stuck with it because it undoes all the bad stuff aerobics did to my knees and makes them feel great.
