I dig bad reality shows but Real Chance of Love is almost too terrible to even watch.
I hope the next one they do is The Entertainer. Instead of putting him in a mansion they should do it out of his parent’s basement.

I went to a bar with a guy who used to like me once about six years ago where I talked to a guy I thought was really annoying about fifteen years ago and saw a guy I had a short-lived thing with about seven years ago.

Cincinnati's like an abusive husband to me
whenever I threaten to leave it gets really good.
In the last 2 months since I’ve gotten serious about moving away because there’s no job and no social life for me here, all three of my fave new bands came to town and I very likely have a new good job if I follow up on a phone call I got the other day.
I should run away as fast as I can.

The LOST ARG was canceled but it looks like there’s something new going on here..
And there were Thorriors there!
I thought I was the only Valient Thorr/Electric Six fan but it turns out that there were four of us at this show. When you consider there’s only like 12 of us in the whole city, three of us were in the thick of things for the whole show and two of us came wearing VT logos, that’s a pretty impressive turnout.
I never thought I'd say this but....
That show was so much better here in Cincinnati than it was in Columbus.
It was so good I forgot to blog it ;)
I guess Electric Six has family here in the area because that’s the second time they’ve played here for Thanksgiving. Maybe its cause people around here know them, or maybe it’s cause this town’s used to being all mixed up in general so a band like this plays...
I keep changing my mind
about what to wear tonight.

Theo is wondering if he should go see some chick his friends don’t like play a show at the Bowery Ballroom.
If I waited for people I know to come with me to see bands I like… well I basically would never do anything ever.

Excepting the bits about Julia Allison being a great feature, I agree with this whole piece.
I didn’t reblog this until there was a post to reblog that said they didn’t like Julia. She is intentionally not part of my tumblr experience. I think of her a lot like these guys do. but I like it here a lot anyway.

Happy Thanksgiving. I’m not doing it this year. I’m not boycotting and I’m plenty Thankful but Matt’s having a big ol’ meal w/a Turkey on Saturday, which frankly is more convenient for me so I’m just not doing it today.
Instead I’m making what I hope turns out to be a cute outfit.
