All my crap is in my new apt now.
Funny how I went from being unsure if I wanted to sign a lease for the new place to never ever wanting to ever go back to the old place ever again inside of 3 weeks.
And its garbage day tomorrow so all the garbage is out, the recycling went yesterday and its just me and cats and stuff i want in the new place now.

I did pretty much nothing. With no one.
By the time I graduated I couldn’t believe I’d wasted my first year doing nothing with no one.
Hopefully Columbus will turn out like that for me too.

Dead hard drive is under warranty
but i can’t return it until I can print the shipping slip, which I can’t do until I can get to the computer cable store and get one long enough for my printer which is now a lot farther away from the computer than it ever was before since my new place is more spacious.

Ode to a dead hard drive
It was a 1T drive.
Hardly even began to fill it up.
I expected It’d be with me for a very long time.
*sigh*
Didn't expect that to be ambitious
My goals for today were to set up all my electronics in a permanent fashion and do some basic grocery shopping.
Instead I moved some stuff only to realize I didn’t have enough outlets. Went to Wal-Mart where I could pick up a 12 outlet surge protector at the same time as bananas and kitty litter.
Made soup, plugged stuff in and realized I have hard drive failure. Spent an hour plugging...
First casualty of the move
that I’ve noticed so far.. my external hard drive.
My pogoplug works fine, its the attached drive that was flaking in/out.
Now its looking like it may be out for good.
Good thing I backup.
But dammit I love that thing.
