Unscheduled Karaoke Birthday!
So what happened right is that the group I usually hang with on Tuesdays pretty much eats dinner and chats a bit until the leader decides its time to move on to the next bar to do karaoke.
I went with them once.
Pardon me for being a karaoke snob but the book was so small and lame and it was essentially a bar full of drinkers with a machine in the corner. I’m like….. you know...
I got allergy tested for my birthday last year.
Despite my kick-ass health insurance from when I worked at the big company, my doctors office could never do the referrals right so after I learned my lesson the first time, I wouldn’t go to the doctor till the paperwork was in order. It took me months to get this appointment with the allergist so I was happy to go on my birthday, which I’d taken the day off for.

Epic Birthday Adventure of Celebration!
This is not my first 2 week Birthday party. Usually I start on Valentine’s Day and keep going. By the 28th everyone’s well over it and no one cares that its my Birthday anymore. Even though it really is by then. This year I’m starting on my birthday and going for two weeks. I’m not sure if I’ll care by the end of it.
Last year I didn't make it to Bockfest.
Instead I made my boyfriend of the moment go to the bar down the street with me and drink a crap-ton of Bock Beer with me. It wasn’t the same. No goats, no polka band. But it had a similarly intoxicating effect.
