I’ve been doing yin yoga.

which has really mellowed me out
but then I started this damn 80s blog
which has really wound me up today
Yoga’s done wonders for my mood
its done even more for my repetitive stress injury.
I should quit being annoyed with things online
and lay in some odd positions for several minutes at a time.
