I would have to buy a book and a crap-load of food and do my best to kill off the days when everything is closed and everyone is busy and TV is lousy.

The worst Christmasses for me were in in England in the late 80’s. Cause I had no TV at all and things shut down for pretty close to a whole week. I’d make do with talk radio and sleep as much as I could.

I always make it a point to have the fridge stocked and a time-consuming project in mind, but this year the bars were all open and everyone on the internet was showing me or telling me about their celebrations, so I got to look at them all from the comfort of my couch in my jammies all day long.

Not so bad and everything’s open again already.
